Monday Playgroup @ Splash!

Today we went to our Monday playgroup at this place called "Splash!" The girls love swimming so it was a perfect place on a rainy day. The water was so warm! We will definitely be going back there soon. When we arrived Lilli jumped right in the water, but Abbi sat on the edge and observed for a bit. A little later Abbi cried for a second and I thought she was just scared of the prospect of getting in, however, when we were standing I noticed her leg was swollen. Another mom had seen a fairly big spider on the edge earlier, so it hit me that she got bit while sitting by the edge. Thankfully we found the spider and killed it. Poor Abbi...hence the reason why she looks a little sad.

Fun Times in Bend, OR...

We went to Bend this past weekend to celebrate Grandma Nancy's bday. Cake yummy. The girls also had a fun time at the park down by the river. It was 75 degrees outside! Spring is starting to arrive (finally)...We met our friend Greta down at the park...that is her son in the bottom pic (Kayden). Lilli and Abbi need a little brother..huh??:)

We decided to do another round of happy birthday. They seemed a little more excited with the prospect of a real birthday cake!

26 years old...

Here are a few pics from our birthday celebration. The girls are eating their favorite food....cake and ice cream! It is SO difficult getting Abbi to look at me for a pic while she is so consumed with the food:)
